Having A Bad Day? Here Are 10 Ways To Cheer You Up


 There are times when you are just not in a good state of mind. It might be due to lots of pressure or stress or you are upset about something/someone or maybe you just don't know the reason.

No matter what the cause is, here are few tips that can help you, at least, solve your troubles with a smile.

1. Look into a mirror and smile at your reflection.
    
The reflection smiles back at you (No rocket science) this reminds you that you don't need some extra person to make you smile and motivate yourself. You yourself are the reason that you should smile, you are your own motivation.



2. Go NARCISSISTIC 

 Get your phone out and click tons of selfies.  You might not be in the mood to click a picture but hey nobody likes a bad picture of themselves. So when you keep clicking selfies, eventually you'll smile and that is what we exactly want.

3. Stare at the open sky

Most people don't know that staring into the open sky can help you relax. Find a place where you can lie down or sit. Then without thinking much just get lost in the sky above you. If it's a night sky that is a plus point. 




4. Become a 'MUSICIAN'

 What I mean to say is put your headphones on, play you favorite music and sing along. Close your eyes and just imagine that you are a world famous singer, whose music is the reason why lot many people smile. 



5. Self Party

If the above doesn't work for you, it's okay! Get into your room, play some loud music and dance. It doesn't matter if you can dance or not, just move your body and enjoy yourself.


6. Long Drives

People with bikes and cars can always go for a long drive. Drive alone to a not so populated area and just enjoy the breeze blowing at you.



7. Food Attack

If you are a foodie then just hit your favorite food joint and eat your favorite thing on the menu. Food is always the best way to soothe oneself.



8. Go Nostalgic

 Get out all your photo albums, sit back and rewind all the beautiful, funny, crazy memories.

9. Go Adventurous

Try something totally new. It can be anything that you have never done before, maybe something you are nervous about, something you are scared of doing or it can be even something that you find crazy.



10. Scream

This is my personal favorite. When nothing mentioned above works, go to a quiet place with no people around and just scream. Scream out all your thoughts and words. This sure is crazy but crazy is what you need.





And in the end, don't forget, you are freaking awesome. J
